Bunch of Racist BS... or is it?

Bobby got arrested for Rape.
He's charged on sexual assault, rape, harassment, assaulting a police officer... etc.
It started out with 2 girls (names not going to be said in case anyone reads this) Who I know... one if my friend but we don't really talk. The other is a popular ass, she has no brains. the one that's my friend we'll name N and the no brains one is A.

Bobby and N/A used to be really good friends. Apparently N and bobby got in a fight O.o
My friend Alex says N saw Bobby kissing A and went and said he raped A.
A got pissed and said he also raped N.
There was a 3rd girl caught up in this but she dropped out.

Sounds like a buncha bs.
He was arrested, and tried to run or something. This is what the paper said.
he kinda... ran over a police officer... easy to do...

Buuuuut~
He's in Juvie now right?
His lawyer just recently tried to get him out of Juvie. And SOMEONES parent got all pissed (I think it's A's, N's wouldnt give a shit) A's Dad (I think) accused Bobby of threatening A on the phone etc etc.

Other stuff, blah blah.

Now here's the weird thing.
It was all just stupid to that point. He apparently raped them, 5 different times, in a school stairway.
That. Is. BS.
There is no medical evidence.
There is evidence he was arrested due to his ethnicity.
Every single kid in the school thinks it's BS. Do they look for our opinion? the people who KNOW this guy and these girls? no...

Sadly...
Recently 2 other girls confessed to him raping them.
There are only two options now.
1. He raped 1/all of them.
2. The 2 girls are brainless and are friends of one or both of the first two.

I hope like hell he didnt...
then again... it's really sad.
Either way someone is going to jail. They fcked up their lives.
If the girls are found guilty of falsely accusing him, thats it.
If he's found to have raped them, he's screwed.

--My mother has the suspicion that one of MY friend possibly got raped by bobby.... due to many clues and an absence on the date the 2 last girls confessed... and I'm starting to worry also--
